1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of services by The LinkedIn Physio ("I", "me", "my") to clients ("you", "your").

By booking or purchasing any service through www.andygoldman.co.uk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all clients, including individuals, businesses, universities, organisations and other professional bodies.

2. Services

These Terms apply to all services offered through www.andygoldman.co.uk, including but not limited to:

  • LinkedIn Profile Audits

  • LinkedIn Profile Rewrite Services

  • One-to-One LinkedIn Training

  • Group Training

  • Guest Lectures

  • Workshops

  • Consultancy services

From time to time, I may introduce additional services, which will also be covered by these Terms unless stated otherwise.

3. Booking

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the scope of work, service details, date and (where applicable) time in writing.

I reserve the right to decline enquiries where I believe I cannot provide an appropriate service.

4. Fees and Payment

The agreed fee will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking and, where applicable, detailed on your invoice.

Where payment is required before delivery, work will not commence until payment has been received.

Late payment may result in work being delayed or suspended until payment has been received.

5. Refunds

Due to the personalised and bespoke nature of my services, refunds are not generally available once work has commenced.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • LinkedIn Profile Audits where a personalised review has been completed

  • LinkedIn Profile Rewrite Services where drafting or amendments have begun

  • Training sessions that have taken place

  • Workshops or lectures that have been delivered

If you have any concerns about the service provided, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always aim to resolve concerns fairly and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

One-to-One Training

You may reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours' notice.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is given, I reserve the right to charge the full session fee.

Workshops, Guest Lectures and Group Training

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • More than 14 days' notice – no cancellation fee.

  • Between 7 and 14 days' notice – up to 50% of the agreed fee may be charged.

  • Less than 7 days' notice – the full agreed fee may be charged.

Should I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered wherever possible.

7. Delivery of Services

I will provide all services with reasonable care, skill and professionalism.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For profile audits, profile rewrites or consultancy work, timescales are dependent upon receiving all necessary information from you.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Provide any requested materials or information within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Respond promptly to communication relating to your service.

  • Attend scheduled meetings or training sessions on time.

  • Ensure you have suitable internet access and equipment for online sessions.

Delays in providing information may delay completion of your service.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, presentations, training resources, profile recommendations, templates and documents created by me remain my intellectual property.

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell or use my materials for commercial purposes without my prior written permission.

10. LinkedIn

I am an independent LinkedIn trainer and consultant.

I am not employed by, affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.

LinkedIn regularly updates its platform, features and algorithms. Whilst every effort is made to provide accurate and current guidance, I cannot guarantee that LinkedIn functionality, appearance or performance will remain unchanged after advice has been provided.

11. Results

My services are designed to help improve your LinkedIn profile, confidence, visibility and understanding of the platform.

However, I cannot guarantee:

  • Employment

  • Interviews

  • Job offers

  • New clients

  • Sales

  • Increased profile views

  • Business growth

  • Specific LinkedIn performance metrics

Success depends on many factors beyond my control, including your experience, industry, market conditions, profile quality and ongoing activity on LinkedIn.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that particular service.

I shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill or reputation.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

13. Recording of Online Sessions

From time to time, online training sessions may be recorded for the benefit of the client.

Recording will only take place with your verbal or written consent at the start of the session.

Where a recording is made, I will normally provide you with a copy following the session for your own personal or internal business use.

Session recordings remain the intellectual property of The LinkedIn Physio and must not be reproduced, shared publicly, distributed, edited, sold or used for commercial purposes without my prior written permission.

If you do not wish a session to be recorded, please let me know before or at the start of the session and no recording will take place.

14. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

To support the delivery of my services, I may use reputable artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with research, drafting, editing or refining written content.

Any AI-assisted work is reviewed, edited and tailored by me to ensure it reflects your individual experience, professional voice and objectives.

AI is used to support my expertise and judgement, not replace it.

Your information will only be used with AI tools where appropriate and in accordance with my Privacy Policy. I will not knowingly input confidential or sensitive information into AI systems where doing so would compromise your privacy or confidentiality.

15. Testimonials and Recommendations

Following completion of a service, I may invite you to provide feedback, a testimonial or a LinkedIn recommendation.

Testimonials, recommendations or other feedback will only be published on my website, LinkedIn profile or other marketing materials with your permission.

Where permission is provided, your name, job title, organisation (where applicable) and testimonial may be displayed.

You may withdraw permission at any time by contacting me, and I will remove the testimonial from future marketing use within a reasonable timeframe.

16. Confidentiality

Information shared during our work together will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or you have given permission for it to be shared.

17. Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which is available on this website.

18. Website Content

The information provided on this website is for general guidance only.

Whilst every effort is made to keep content accurate and up to date, I make no warranties regarding its completeness, accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial or professional advice.

19. External Links

I have no control over the content, availability or privacy practices of external websites and accept no responsibility for them.

20. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
